This is a lifestyle. Period! It means wrapping your brain around the fact that these coping mechanisms of drinking alcohol every night or turning to sugar when you are stressed need to be replaced with lots of water, good sleep and daily movement. Those are the things that are going to really make you feel good.
The truth is consistency + simplicity = success. Make changes but try to be as simple as possible and do that consistently. Over time, those simple, daily changes add up.
