I teach my clients how to eat a flexible diet based on mostly whole, real foods. What is flexible dieting? It's a customized approach to nutrition where I calculate the macronutrients YOU need to reach your goal whether it's lose fat, build muscle or maintain and get healthier. Macronutrients are protein, carbohydrates and fat. There are no cutting out food groups or just drinking shakes all day.

How it works:

1. You track your food on an app like My Fitness Pal, take initial pictures and measurements as well as monthly or bi-monthly pictures and measurements.

2. Fill out a private Google spreadsheet tracker with your actual macros for each day.

3. We talk on the phone once per week for up to 30 minutes for questions, mindset support, nutrition education and tweak macros if necessary.
