How it works:
1. Contact me for an initial phone consultation to discuss goals, workout history and pricing.
2. Fill out an intake form via e-mail with detailed information. Your workout will be ready within 48 business hours.
3. Track your workouts. Get a new workout every 4-6 weeks depending on which plan you choose.
